It all begins with an idea. Perhaps you wish to remodel your existing home, add an extension or purchase a historical dwelling in need of major TLC. Whichever it may be, the first step is to prepare a wishlist, outline the non-negotiables and browse design magazines for inspiration!

Discuss it.

The Initial Consultation is a crucial element to help bring your design vision to reality. This on-site home visit allows us the opportunity to discuss your design goals, familiarize myself with the environment you wish to remodel & address any design questions or concerns you may have.

Design it.

After the Initial Consultation, Natasha K Design prepares a detailed Offer of Service, tailored to your specific renovation needs. A mandatory site survey analysis is required prior to the commencement of all projects. Technical plans are drafted via the AutoCAD software, in preparation to submit to the various trades involved in the project. Shortly after, material selections are made with visual aids such as Mood Boards, to help evoke the overall feeling of design.

Build it.

Time for the talented trades to help bring the vision to life! This includes the General Contractor, who overseas the renovation from beginning to end. Site supervision is a necessary procedure in order to coordinate with suppliers/construction team, facilitate & follow through with scheduled timeline and to ensure the projects are held up to Natasha K Design standards.

Stylize it.

The final stage to add personality & warmth to your newly renovated interior! This phase permits the interior environment to come to life by adding personalized accessories, allowing the house to feel like home.
